We are wedding planners focusing on organizing and coordinating unique and creative weddings an events all over the UAE, Jordan, Cyprus, Greece, Croatia, Spain, France, Malaysia, Turkey, Caribbean, and Mexico. The Wedding Haven, is a Premium-level award wedding planning firm owned and operated by May Abu Jaber-Halasa. An expert in the field of destination weddings, May is certified by the Wedding Planners Institute in Canada (WPIC), and the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO).

At The Wedding Haven, we offer our couples an all inclusive A-Z service where we take on the entire event. From venue scouting, menu design, light & sound, staging and floor planning, entertainment, flowers, kosha design, and the more obvious planning and coordination.

We plan wedding in the UAE and abroad, and speak English, Spanish, French, and Arabic!

We are able to guide you with venue selection, vendor referrals, budget management, design assistance, etiquette, and coordination.
Event Coordination
We are there on the day to worry about vendors showing up, centerpieces arriving on time, directing guests, and setting up so you don’t have to.
AV / Lighting
We understand that the world of audio-visual equipment can be an overwhelming part of the planning process. Choosing lighting color, the appropriate mixer for the DJ, the number of speakers etc. Don’t worry, we will guide you through it all.
Entertainment
We have access to a wide selection of entertainment options from live bands, singers, acrobats, musicians, magicians, caricaturists – you name it, we can provide it!
Photography / Videography
We have partnered with the best vendors in the area. You may think, well why would I hire a wedding consultant to contact this vendor when I can just do it myself? The answer is simple. Vendors need referrals (just like anyone else in the service industry), and some are even willing to offer you a discount for those referrals. With the money you save on the discounted photography package or floral arrangements, or even just the time saved in calling around, comparing prices and checking availability, hiring a wedding planner practically pays for itself!
