Today we look back one of our most romantic weddings yet. Even for those not accustomed to an affair of the heart, Keri & Hussein’s romantic coastal wedding will definitely ignite a spark in you!
Keri had her heart set on having a beachside wedding with a graceful, spring-inspired twist. Instinctively, the color scheme of pastel and dark blues, tea rose pink and peach brought this vision alive.
The wedding took place at the JA Beach Hotel. We started off with a beach ceremony, followed by the dinner reception at the private restaurant of Club Joumana. This venue is truly a hidden gem!
For the ceremony, the bride opted for a wooden arch draped with a delicate, light blue chiffon fabric. We adorned it an asymmetrical floral arrangement that brought the structure to life.

The tiffany chairs were a pure white, creating very easily a serene mood. And to top it all off, we had the sea as the perfect backdrop for the couple to exchange their vows.

At the entrance of the ceremony area, we placed a board of flower petal cones for the guests to grab - one of our favorite creations so far! And to accommodate the guests’ sandy toes, we set up a brush station.

The overall details of Keri and Hussain's wedding are what really brought a sense of exquisiteness and uniqueness.

We tried to compliment the earthy tones with pastel colors to make the elements pop. Using an array of white hydrangeas, peach baby roses, pink o’hara roses and a touch of eucalyptus, paired with wooden crates, wooden crossback chairs, wooden fences, wooden stands, we managed to create a balance of earthiness and chicness - thus the rustic chic theme!
As for the wedding cake, the couple opted for a non-traditional 8-tier ombre macaron tower. The macarons were placed with a smooth, white-to-pink which blended so beautifully with everything else.
Keri she wore a fit-and-flare wedding dress with a sweep train. She had on cape sleeves of lace which gave off quite a whimsical look. And the groom wore a dark blue suit, striking enough while still complimenting the colors that surrounded!
Though all these elements come together as one to create a one of its kind artistic event, the mood of the day proved especially moving. Keri and Hussain were so welcoming that they made us feel like guests at their wedding. Their humbleness, warmth, and big hearts made everyone feel like family - it really was a tearjerker!
